This detached Victorian home is located in the heart of Balham. While the style won’t be to everyone’s taste, we think the place has a lived-in feel that would suit a family. There’s a small garden for picnics in the sunshine and a comfortable living room for when the weather takes a turn. The kitchen is well-stocked for self-catering, but if you’d prefer to venture out, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. For trips further afield, Balham tube station is just five minutes away, connecting you to Waterloo, Embankment and Leicester Square.
